Consultations
Whether you’re looking for general decorating advice, or to have a room or two redesigned, an initial consultation is the first step. We’ll walk through your home together, look at your rooms and determine what’s working and what’s not. We’ll discuss your taste, style, decorating goals, lifestyle and future redesign options. We’re also happy to consult with you on space planning, furniture selection, choosing a color palette, window treatments, artwork or accessorizing. Consultations are on an hourly fee basis.
One-hour consultation…..$85
Interior Redesign
In just a few hours—using your own furniture, accessories and artwork, we’ll dramatically transform your space. We start by clearing the room completely so we can assess your space and architectural focal points…Next, with your permission, we’ll “shop” the rest of your house—looking for hidden treasures to bring in and enhance your room. Then, like a puzzle, we’ll put your room back together, with an eye trained to look at balance, scale, texture, color and light.
The result? A pulled-together designer look at a completely affordable price!
Home Staging
You only get one chance to make a first impression—that’s never truer than when you’re selling your home. And that's never been more important than now! Make sure your home invites a buyer to come in and see more. Staging broadens the appeal of a home by maximizing use of space, highlighting architectural features and creating an inviting environment buyers can picture themselves living in. A properly staged home will typically command a higher asking price and sell faster.

Not sure if your house needs staging? Then, start with our Staging Evaluation and Report package which includes a 90-minute initial property evaluation tour, comprehensive written report, and follow-up consultation. We’ll make specific recommendations that will give you the biggest “bang for the buck” and provide you with a comprehensive report and “To Do” list. During the follow-up report review session, we'll discuss which recommendations are best left to New Leaf and which you can do yourself.

Move-In Service
We can make settling into your new home less stressful. We’ll assess your existing furniture and accessories and then place your furniture, select and hang artwork and mirrors, and creatively use your accessories in each room. Relax in your beautiful new home faster than you would have believed possible.

Need help with the right accents to complete your room? We can add those finishing touches by shopping for just the right art, lamps, accessories or furniture to complement the rest of your room.
